Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze customer, marketing, social, and web behavioral data to gain insights into user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance.
Insight Generation:
- Develop and present findings and insights from your analyses, providing actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create visually appealing dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to track campaign and website performance, ensuring clear communication of results to stakeholders.
Market Trends Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends to stay ahead of industry changes and identify opportunities for growth.
Communication and Presentation:
- Effectively communicate and present your findings and recommendations to colleagues, senior management, and clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or communications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other relevant tools.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across various platforms, including social media, display advertising, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex data findings to diverse audiences.
