Netsuite Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Analyze and map these processes within the NetSuite system, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including creating custom fields, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Assist in the integration of NetSuite with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to NetSuite users, enhancing their understanding and efficient use of the system.
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates and new features, assessing their impact and applicability to business needs.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of NetSuite projects, including upgrades and new module implementations.
  • Work closely with IT and NetSuite administrators to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Assist in creating business intelligence tools and reports for strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with NetSuite experience.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and experience in ERP system implementation and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in documenting and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • English C1

 

Preferred Skills:

  • NetSuite certification or relevant training.
  • Experience with SuiteScript and other customization tools within NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with financial and accounting principles.
