Job Description:
As a Finance and B2B Sales Order Coordinator at Winged Wellness, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient financial operations and smooth processing of B2B sales orders. Your responsibilities will encompass three key areas:
- Accounts Payable:
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payment batches.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices, payments, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of customer payments.
- Generate and send invoices to customers, following up on outstanding balances as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciling customer accounts and provide reports on accounts receivable status.
- Order Processing and Coordination for B2B Sales Orders:
- Receive, process, and coordinate B2B sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order accuracy, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Communicate order status and shipment details to customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Advanced English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
