Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential gyms and athletic centers as target customers.
- Use various sources and tools to generate a list of leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to connect with decision-makers at gyms and athletic centers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
Product Knowledge:
- Gain a deep understanding of the ISSA database of fitness professionals and its value proposition.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our database to potential clients.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct persuasive and professional presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of utilizing our database.
- Address any questions or concerns and handle objections effectively.
Sales Cycles and Closing:
- Ensure timely follow-up and follow-through to secure deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- English C1 or above.
- A passion for the fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
