Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for tenants, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient property maintenance and repair.
  • Assist with the coordination of tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized property records, including lease agreements, tenant information, and maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and team members to achieve property performance goals and objectives.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management or related roles, preferably in commercial or multi-family residential properties.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional tenant experiences.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
