Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Pro sales opportunities and nurture the prospects until close through virtual demos, video communication, and phone calls during work hours
  • Clearly articulate the InsideTracker Pro value proposition to leads by building in-depth knowledge of InsideTracker’s full suite of products and their associated features and the benefits for professionals specifically
  • Prospect potential InsideTracker Pros, partners, and events
  • Manage HubSpot sales pipelines, deal records, and activities and optimize for efficiency
  • Partner with internal customer experience team to seamlessly transition relationships new Pros once deals are closed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify industry trends and points in the sales and/or Pro user journey where content or resources would be valuable for education and enablement
  • Assist with Pro sales reporting and verify monthly commissions to Pros
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers if needed for further development and closure
  • Communicate with internal tech/product, support, and marketing teams to report issues and identify product, content, and enablement opportunities

 

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales success in a tech-enabled sales environment
  • Personal passion for athletic/human performance, biohacking/quantified self, and fitness
  • A professional license or certification in dietetics, exercise physiology, personal training, or a deep understanding of health and human performance preferred
  • Desire to continuously monitor and improve sales operations and processes for yourself and others to support growth and remove obstacles
  • Obsessed with metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient with Hubspot or related CRM tools
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solution-oriented with an eye for problem identification
  • Excellent communication skills, both externally and internally
  • A constant curiosity for learning about the product, human performance, nutrition, the health optimization landscape, and market trends
