Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions, process invoices, and make payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Supervise cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for the operation and analyze variations against the budget.
- Review tax filings.
- Manage company accounts payable.
- Lead internal processes for any external audits.
- Manage payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of US accounting and tax principles.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Minimum C1 level English proficiency.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
