Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Efficiently manage calendars, ensuring all appointments, deadlines, and important events are scheduled and communicated effectively.
- Organize and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information, notes, and interactions.
- Conduct data entry tasks, accurately inputting information into relevant databases or systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing virtual meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide necessary support, redirecting more complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
- Research relevant topics, articles, materials and available opportunities in the industries that support the company’s marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word and other relevant office software.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
