Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Integration:
- Collect data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Integrate data from disparate systems into a central database or data warehouse.
- Maintain and update data collection processes and procedures.
- Data Management:
- Organize and store data effectively, ensuring it is easily accessible for analysis.
- Perform regular data quality checks and cleansing to maintain data integrity.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Develop and generate regular reports for senior analysts and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation on data sources, data flow, and reporting procedures.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with senior analysts to understand their data requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on data access and report generation.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data collection and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data management, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., ETL, API connections).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
