Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Integration:
  • Collect data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Integrate data from disparate systems into a central database or data warehouse.
  • Maintain and update data collection processes and procedures.
  1. Data Management:
  • Organize and store data effectively, ensuring it is easily accessible for analysis.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and cleansing to maintain data integrity.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Develop and generate regular reports for senior analysts and other stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation on data sources, data flow, and reporting procedures.
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and data visualization tools.
  1. Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with senior analysts to understand their data requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on data access and report generation.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data collection and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data management, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases and data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., ETL, API connections).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
