Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Efficiently manage calendars, ensuring all appointments, deadlines, and important events are scheduled and communicated effectively.
  • Organize and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information, notes, and interactions.
  • Conduct data entry tasks, accurately inputting information into relevant databases or systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing virtual meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and provide necessary support, redirecting more complex inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
  • Research relevant topics, articles, materials and available opportunities in the industries that support the company’s marketing efforts

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word and other relevant office software.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
